Can I amend my order?
If you wish to make amendments to your order then please get in touch at customer.service@thebritishbeltcompany.com and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot always guarantee changes to your order can be made after an order is placed.
Returns Policy 
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you aren't, you can return the item to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund or an exchange. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. If you exceed the 14 days you may be eligible for an exchange only. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We are currently unable to offer refunds for any handling and custom fees incurred with international postage.

Please note we do not accept returns on personalised items. This includes belts and small leather goods. As a result, we urge you to carefully consult our belt size guide and product descriptions before ordering to avoid disappointment.

To return an item, please download our returns form (click here), fill it in and return alongside the item to the following address: The British Belt Company, 10 Station Road, Uppingham, Rutland, England, LE15 9TZ. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly at customer.service@thebritishbeltcompany.com and quote your order number, we'll be happy to help.

We advise using a recorded delivery service, as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when returning items to us. Please ensure your goods are securely packed and cannot get damaged in transit. If the return is due to a faulty item, you will be required to provide photographic evidence and a copy of your receipt before a return can be authorised. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

My item is faulty. Can I receive a refund or exchange?
We manufacture our products to a very high standard, but occasionally it is possible for a fault to slip through. If you believe there is a fault with your item, then please get in touch at customer.service@thebritishbeltcompany.com and we will do our best to help. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault, and we will advise you of our returns procedure. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition.
